Sliders

Objects in photo are smaller than they appear.

I love sliders for the same reason I like miniature candy bars. It’s not like they count, right? Go ahead, have four. After all, it’s Labor Day Weekend.

I made about a dozen sliders yesterday using 1.25 pounds of ground chuck, then following the same recipe for cheeseburgers posted here.

The only difference is that the cooking time was significantly reduced. At 375 degrees, I flipped the burgers after about 2 minutes.  They didn’t need to cook much longer than that on the flip side, either.

BTW: My youngest daughter would like you to know “They were funner to eat. And I actually ate all of it.”  Both good points.
